¡@¡@An important step to revive historical recordings of the 1940s and 1950s¡A Wind sets out to release a series of albums of Chinese ethnic and folk music¡A marking the achievement of a forty-years` under-taking of the National Music Research Center Music Academy in Mainland China in its effort to preserve the art of master players of the past. These precious recordings are to be reworked with the help of modern recording technology to give the old music a new life. Listeners will have an opportunity to appreciate and learn again the cherished heritage of Chinese culture.
