About Chiang Hsun (Jiang Xun),
¡V Born 1947 in China¡¦s ancient capital, Xi¡¦an; raised in beautiful Taiwan
Chiang¡¦s professional background in aesthetics and art includes his degree from Chinese Culture University where he graduated from the Department of History and the Graduate Institute of Arts. He obtained a degree from the graduate arts school in Paris in 1976. He is the former editor-in-chief of the monthly magazine Lion Art and has taught at National Taiwan University, Chinese Culture University, and Fu Jen Catholic University. He was also chairman of the Department of Fine Arts at Tunghai University for seven years. He has been a resident artist at National Sun Yat-sen University and National Chengchi University, and taught the general education lecture series ¡§When Eastern Beauty Meets Western Beauty¡¨ at Soochow University. He currently is engaged in writing, painting, and promoting art aesthetics.
Chiang Hsun is a life aesthetician who has dedicated every minute of his life to appreciating beauty, sharing beauty and promoting beauty. He lives his life to the fullest, living out all life¡¦s feelings, and he fervently and sincerely encourages and expects everyone to be themselves. Because of Chiang Hsun, the times we live in are more beautiful.
