¡¸About the Good Sleep for Good Energy Series,
This series of music albums combines elements from Eastern and Western natural healing medicines, including sensory image guidance, sound wave resonance, music pulsation guide (for respiratory system and chakra function and operation), purification of the mind (meditation and prayer) and other natural healing methods, to help people to relax and enter into a state of deep and relaxing sleep. Additionally, methods are provided to readjust inner energy flow and repair the five internal organs for an overall improvement of the quality of sleep. Listeners are able to sleep well and gain vital energies.
During the creative process, the R&D team, the Imagery Healing Music & Sounds Lab, invited people suffering from insomnia to listen to the music and conducted EEG tests to verify the effects the music has in helping to improve sleep quality. After the completion of the production, further case research and tests were executed. The World Organization of Natural Medicine (WONM) University under the IPSP (the International Parliament for Safety and Peace) has offered specialized technical support. The entire process shows that this indeed is music for sleeping that incorporates theories with practical analysis, and it is also a milestone for the creative and research fields in healing music for Taiwan.
