Jimmy, a popular illustrator, reflects the daily lives of modern people in his work with a moving choice of subjects and a variety of narrative styles.
His work has been adapted for the stage, film and television and is highly popular in Taiwan, China and Hong Kong.
His books have been translated and published in the United States, France, Germany, Greece, Korea and Japan, creating a “Jimmy Phenomenon” across the world. This music album is the product of an encounter between Jimmy’s work as featured in the Best of Jimmy Liao Collection 1998-2008 and a varied group of musicians from Wind Music, one of the top crossover music labels in the Chinese-speaking world.
