The ideal behind the production of this collection of well-known Chinese ancient music and folk songs is to reach for perfection in terms of performance. Extraordinary musicians from Taiwan and China were invited to play Chinese instruments, such as the Er-hu, Guzheng, Flute, Xiao and Qu-qin, and to perform them in the superb acoustic environment of a hundred year old cathedral in California. In addition, in order to produce this special collection, we have traveled to the US to work with the Grammy Award winner and world-known recording musician Kavichandran Alexander. This series encompasses a wide range of sentimental Chinese music, marking the most important phase in the history of classic Chinese music, and has brought itself onto the world stage. In this series, the so-called Chinese music is no longer just the music of Chinese. In fact, it is absolutely East! It is absolutely classical and is artistically vivid and charming. This music series represents the highest quality in the making of the art of music.
